Large biscuit storage jar vintage 1980's M&S 'Harvest' oven to tableware

A lovely, seemingly unused or very well cared for, vintage 1980's style M&S St. Micheal. oven to tableware large storage jar in their popular, and highly collectable, 'Harvest' design. Check out the other listings being added for further items in this range.

Overall it is in very good, clean and undamaged vintage condition, however there are a few minor glaze crazes on the lid. It is being sold as used, however, other than the glaze crazes on the lid there are very few signs of any previous use.

The jar holds approximately 2 litres of water comfortably.
When stood in the upright position with the lid at the top it measures approximately 11cm in maximum width, 15.5cm long and 20.5cm tall including the lid.

The jar can be laid on its side on the flat edge, or can be stood upright depending on preference. It features a light cream coloured satin finish with a pretty autumnal feel pattern of berries, leaves and rose hips. The pattern is replicated on both the large sides and again on the lid. The lid is domed and profiled and has the original plastic/rubbery seal. This is still in very good condition and tightly seals the lid to the jar.
