Vintage musical box ornament - hand painted bisque porcelain with mechanical wind up musical mechanism

A very charming and pretty musical ornament made from unglazed bisque porcelain and hand painted with some very fine detail. When the base is twisted it winds up the mechanical music box inside.
It plays a simple tune and the harpist on the top slowly turns as it unwinds. Once unwound the mechanical music box stops playing. The item is most likely from the 1970-80's although the age and maker are not known for sure. I do not recognise the tune. The mechanism has been photographed and then the flock base has then been reattached.

This is a used, vintage item. Condition wise there is no damage and the winder and musical box work as intended. The creases in the dress have been painted with a dark brown to mimic shadow - this is not dirt!!

The ornament measures approximately 18.5cm tall and 11.5cm wide.
