Porcelain hand painted artist figurine from 1970's/80's

A lovely hand painted hollow figurine depicting an artist mid paint, with his palette in one hand and a case of paint tubes at his feet. This item is believed to date from the 1970's/1980's and is in very good vintage condition with no damage. The maker is unknown and the item is unmarked. The piece has a slightly rough feel to the ceramic base material, which is thought to be porcelain, and it has been painted in a satin sheen finish giving a soft light reflection off the piece. He has been hand painted in a slightly rough style that looks very effective as a complete overall effect, but is a bit haphazard in places up close.

He measures approximately 25cm in height and 11cm across the base.
