Lovely little bowl, hand painted in the motto ware style and stamped with the Aller Vale mark. The bowl is quite small, holding approximately 110ml and measuring approximately 7cm diameter.
This pretty little bowl was made in Torquay and has been hand painted and inscribed with the motto ' Gude marning' 'Daunt'ee be fraid a 'ut now'. (Don't be afraid of anything now').

Condition wise it is very good with no damage although there are a few clay blobs on the base and glaze bubbles inside the bowl from the time of manufacture.
