Vintage Royal Worcester English 'Fireproof' gold lustre medium sized teapot, milk jug and sugar bowl set - 1960's collectable china

A vintage, used, Royal Worcester English gold lustre teapot, milk jug and sugar bowl set in excellent used condition, no damage but with a minor amount of wear on the gold.

The sugar bowl holds approximately 180ml, is 7cm wide across the top and stands approx. 5.4cm tall.
The milk jug holds approximately 250ml, standing 11.4cm tall.
The teapot holds approximately 850ml, standing approximately 10.5cm tall, and 21cm long.

All items carry the maker's mark on the base. The teapot is stamped as shape 6 and size 6 on the base. It has a recessed lid with an air hole to aid pouring and has strainer holes between the body and spout. It pours very well with no drips but it does have a deep throat on the lid, so it should not be overfilled to prevent tea escaping the lid. The gilding on the pot has some minor wear on the handle and there are superficial scratches and other minor signs of use. Around the lid seat the gold lustre has worn on the inner rim surface. These areas can be seen in the photographs.

The milk jug and sugar bowl show minor signs of wear and use on the gold. All items show some signs of use on the bottom surface from standing.
