Vintage Colclough English bone china sugar bowl in Rhapsody in Blue (8683) design - Ridgway Potteries Ltd. - minor damage to rim

A lovely vintage, pedestal footed, English fine bone china sugar bowl by Colclough in their Rhapsody in Blue design. Production of this design ran from around the 1960's until it was discontinued in the late 1990's. Other items in the range can be found on separate listings, where still available. - Please note that this bowl has a small chip on the rim.

The bowl is decorated with a pretty muted blue floral design with golden gilding and a lovely shape and marked with the maker's mark on the base. Overall it is in very good, almost unused condition with no damage or cracks. The gilding is in very good, but used, order, however it does have a small chip on the rim as shown in the photographs.

The sugar bowl holds approximately 300ml comfortably and measures approximately 6.7cm tall and 11.2cm across the widest part.
