Pretty, vintage hand painted teaspoon rest featuring a hummingbird and flowers - memento from Highlands N-C - afternoon tea, pretty gift

A pretty and practical, vintage hand painted and signed teapot shaped teaspoon rest. This lovely little item has been delicately painted to show a lovely little humming bird. On the edge it has the place name 'Highlands n.c' painted on. This could refer to the town Highlands in North Carolina, USA, although it is not known for sure. It is hand signed on the back with the artist's name which appears to say 'Flemming'.

It has been glazed in a white high shine glaze.

Overall the condition is very good and it looks as if it has hardly been used.

This pretty teaspoon rest stands approximately 2cm tall, 11.8cm long and 9cm wide.
