Vintage and collectable Spanish porcelain squirrel figurine by Miguel Reguena. This lovely item has been made in the style of Lladro with a similar colouration and style. The piece still retains its original maker's foil sticker and also carries an embossed maker's mark on the base of the porcelain.

This pretty squirrel has a hand painted face and has been styled sat with its front legs raised and tail upright. The item has been constructed of a hollow porcelain and glazed in a high shine gloss over colourations of greys and browns.

The squirrel is in very good vintage condition. On very close inspection a small pre-firing crack can be seen in the crevice between the tail and body where the soft clay has fissured before firing. This is only visible on very close inspection and can be seen in the final photograph. There is some minor age related discolouration on the unglazed base of the figurine.

The squirrel measures approximately 11.4cm tall, 15.5cm long and 6.8cm wide.
