A beautiful and elegant set of 4 vintage Italian Covetro crystal glass serving bowls

A lovely, elegant set of four 1970's design Italian glass serving bowls by Covetro. The bowls are in beautiful condition and really sparkle in the light. The pattern consists of cross hatches, star bursts and stars that catch the light from every angle. These may be crystal, however this is not known. The pattern is set into the exterior of the bowl only and the inside of the bowls are smooth.

The set consists of 3 small bowls and 1 large bowl.

The 3 smaller bowls measure approximately 12cm across the top diameter and are 5.8cm tall. They hold approximately 270ml each. The larger bowl is a lovely usable size and measures approximately 22cm in diameter across the top and 9.2cm tall. It has a capacity of 1700ml to just below the rim.

Perfect for serving salad, dips, fruit, trifle etc and they look wonderful empty as decorative items. The larger bowl would be ideal as a fruit bowl.

They have a beautiful elegant line and look about them and are quite substantial.

They would also make a beautiful and elegant gift.
