  • Details
Vintage pressed glass canapé or nibbles dish with a pretty cloverleaf design dividing the dish into 3 smaller sections. The dish is made of thick glass which has a smooth interior and a deeply patterned exterior. The underside of the dish is deeply patterned with starbursts and diamond shapes and these show through the base beneath the food. The design incorporates a small simple handle where the stem of the cloverleaf should be, making it perfect for passing around to guests at a party or for use at a buffet or wedding table. This useful item is believed to date from the late mid 20th Century.

The dish stands approximately 3cm high, is 17cm wide and 21.5cm long. The glass is thick and robust and it weighs approximately 629g empty.

Overall it is in very good vintage condition although there are some minor signs of use such as tiny superficial scratches.

This listing is for the cloverleaf glass dish only. All other items in the photographs are for display or size comparison purposes only and are not included.
