Pretty and collectable 1970's Wedgwood 'Ice Rose' small trumpet posy vase fine English bone china

A pretty and highly collectable vintage small trumpet shaped posy vase in Wedgwood's lovely 'Ice Rose' fine English bone china. Ice Rose was first manufactured in 1959 and discontinued in around 1987. This vase does not have the little registered trade mark 'r' in a circle and therefore is believed to date from before 1979.

It has a classic and elegant shape with a pedestal foot and trumpet style top. It could be used as a posy vase or would look very pretty with asmall dried flower arrangement. It could also be used to hold olive forks etc. as part of a table setting. It is marked with the design and maker's mark on the base.

It is in lovely vintage condition with no damage. There is some minor discolouration on the unglazed foot of the vase from standing on a shelf in the past.

The vase measures approximately 8.8cm tall and 8.5cm across the widest part of the top.
