Eternal Beau vintage dinner plates by Johnson Bros, England - listing price per plate

These lovely plates are in the ever popular and highly collectable Johnson Brothers pattern 'Eternal Beau'. This pretty pattern was in production between 1983 and 2013 and is now discontinued. This is the dinner plate size and each measures approximately 26cm diameter across the flat sides.

It features a high gloss white glazed earthenware base with a dark green rim and a pretty bow and floral design. The range is based on an octagonal shape and the plates have a pretty moulded beaded effect around the inner rim edge. The pattern has been applied beneath the top glaze making the pieces durable and preventing pattern fade over the years.

The range is microwave, dishwasher and oven safe. The plates are all sold as used, however they are in very good used condition with minimal signs of use and no damage. There is currently also one plate available with a tiny glaze chip on the green rim (as seen in the final photograph), this has the hexagonal underside and bottom right backstamp.

The manufacturer's back stamp design varies from different production runs and there is a difference in the shape of the back of the plate but no
other noticeable difference on the face of the plate. The drop down menu will allow you to select from the available stock.
