Beautiful vintage Sadler, England shallow nautical themed trinket dish or gentleman's nightstand tray in their lovely 'Sailing' design

A beautiful, heavy, china, trinket / watch tray by Sadler, England, believed to date to the mid 20th Century. This design is beautifully and intricately decorated and coloured, finished off with a rim of gold. Perfect for displaying on a night stand and holding loose change, jewellery or a watch and keys. It is far too pretty to cover up with soap!

Lovely quality, elegant and timeless. Sadler at it's best. Perfect as gift.

It measures approximately 20.5cm long, 11cm wide and 2.7cm tall. On the base it is stamped with the maker's mark and design name.

Overall the item is in excellent vintage condition, however it does have a little age related discolouration on the unglazed foot of the underside.
