A lovely vintage 2 pint English Earthenware pudding basin, most likely Mason Cash but this is not stamped on the bowl and so cannot be confirmed. The bowl is thought to date to the 1970's and is in undamaged condition, although there is some age related glaze crazing in the clear top glaze. There are a few little blips and manufacturing rough bits in the clay beneath the glaze, but no damage. Perfect for a Christmas Pud or steamed sponge.

The bowl comfortably holds approximately 1.14 litres or 2 pints and this corresponds to the sizing number 30 on the base which is commonly used by Mason Cash. It measures approximately 17cm diameter and stands 10.5cm tall.

At the time of listing there are two smaller Mason Cash bowls which stack nicely within this 2 pint bowl and these are available to buy on a separate listing. The two Mason Cash bowls stack neatly within it but this bowl is a very slightly different design. These are shown in the final 2 photographs for comparison but are not included in the price of this listing.

This listing is for single 2 pint size 30 pudding bowl only. All other items in the photographs are for display or size comparison purposes only and are not included.

Please look at all of the photographs and the video as these form part of the description and help to show scale, colour and condition.
