A beautiful and well presented group of fine English bone china tea cups and matching saucers made by Aynsley in the lovely and rather timeless 'Las Palmas' design.
This listing price is for all 3 of the cup and saucers.
The beautiful design features bright and muted aquas and blues on a shapely bright white bone china base and finished with super shiny platinum coloured metallic glaze around the rims. Each item bears the manufactures stamp and the saucers also all carry the batch number C1505 hand painted in platinum metallic on the base.
A really beautiful little set which is rare to come by in such lovely condition. These lovely and elegant small tea cups hold approximately 130ml and measure approximately 9.5cm wide including the handle, 6.4cm tall and 7.5cm diameter across the mouth. The saucers measure approximately 12.1cm diameter.
They would make lovely gifts combined with some nice teas and would be perfect for an elegant afternoon tea or even an after dinner coffee. They could even be given to different recipients as 3 small individual gifts with luxury tea, coffee or biscuits inside the cup.
The condition of these items is used and vintage, however they are in very good condition with minimal signs of use. The platinum metallic glaze shows very little wear and there are no cracks, chips or glaze crazing on any of the items . Please make sure that you view all of the photographs and the video as these do help show the condition and also form part of the description.
