A lovely little vintage hand painted dish by Babbacombe Pottery of Torquay, Devon, perfect as a trinket dish but would also make a lovely little olive or other small nibbles serving plate. Would also be the perfect plate for dipping bread into balsamic vinegar or oil.

This lovely little dish has a really nice feel to it and is thick, robust and smooth. The underside of the dish is a delicate blue grey and the face of the dish has a rich blue wide rim and a pretty, simple, hand painted delicate flower design. It has a nice mediterranean feel to it and also looks rather Delft like so it blends in with a multitude of different looks.

It would look lovely on a table for keys or trinkets, but it would be equally at home serving olives, dipping sauces or nibbles at the table or on the patio.

The dish measures approximately 11cm diameter and stands 2.3cm tall.

It is in very good used vintage condition with no damage.
