A lovely pair of highly collectable miniature crested ware items, believed to date to the early 20th Century. One item is in the form of a rounded fluted topped vase depicting the coat of arms for the City of Worcester. The rim is gilded with gold. The pot is in excellent condition, although there is a tiny hair like firing crack beneath the glaze at the back. The pot is stamped with the makers mark on the base and hand painted with 575 and a 7. It was made by Arcadian China of Stoke on Trent.
The second pot was made by Willow Art China, Longton, Staffordshire and is thought to have been made between 1907 and 1925. This piece is in the form of a two handled urn and depicts Hastings. Again the rim is gilded and the coat of arms has been hand enamelled over a printed outline. The pot is stamped on the base by the maker and has hand painted numbers 123 and two dots. It is in excellent condition.
This listing is for the two crested ware items as described only. All other items in the photographs are for display or size comparison purposes only and are not included.
